Numbered as Vol.2 No.1 since it was the first magazine of the Phantom Zone, which had taken over the "fan club" duties from the Flashman Society. A great time (NOT!) to take on the "official" mantle... just as the band were doing their "farewell" routine, and reaching their lowest ebb in years and the fans dwindling away to only the truly hardcore. It was doomed from the start really. But never mind, this issue (24 pages in all) saw the first "proper" print job (though still layed out cut n' paste stylee) and a snazzy two-colour cover. Also came with a flexi-disc containing a chaotic version of No Fun. Contents were news page, Captain Sensible interview, Hot Point Festival live review, fanzine reviews, Naz Nomad Town & Country Club live review, Rat Scabies interview, re-union gigs reviews, plus a review of the Neurotics farewell gig.

Thanks list was : Rat, Neil at Napier, Luke Cauldwell, Michael Hughes, Kenzo, Sean, Dave Comden, Captain, and Andy McQueen.
