The last printed issue, and numbered as Vol.3 No.2. Called the "Rat Scabies fanzine" by Captain, who was less than enamored by the contents and considered me a Rat "yes-man". Aye, fucking right! I'm nobodies yes-man ya cheeky sod! And that includes the Damned... if they're crap I'm gonna say so, fuck it! The Rat interview ran 'cos I'd never used it in anything before and had it sitting about, not as some sort of attack on the current band. But it's gotta be said, I stand by everything I said about the Damned at this time. They were pretty poor quality! Third-rate cabaret that only those with no memory of the true greatness of the Damned could ever be impressed by. The fact that they've got their act together now, and released such an excellent album in the shape of Grave Disorder proves my point... they were a half-hearted mess from 96 up until they started doing (great) new material and got a drummer that could fucking well PLAY! I'm glad the Damned are once again worthy of being the Damned and I can feel proud of them rather than embarrassed. Aaanyway, to the case in hand... the contents were: news page, competition, Rat interview from 93, article on bits of Damned songs stolen from elsewhere, and website listings.
